ABOUT THE PROJECT
The RINKO project focuses on the development and implementation of fundamental computer science knowledge in preschool education.
In today’s digital society, it is essential that even the youngest children acquire basic digital knowledge and competencies necessary for successful functioning in the modern world. The project addresses the development of tailored didactic approaches and materials to enable early introduction of digital competences in the preschool period.
Project Goals

Increase fundamental computer science knowledge among children in kindergartens

Develop and implement innovative pedagogical strategies for teaching fundamental computer science

Train educators for effective delivery of fundamental computer science

Create high-quality didactic units (i.e. pedagogical scenarios) and materials that will remain accessible after the project ends

Promote collaboration and exchange of good practices among educational institutions
